Meet the founder
Sarah is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with experience supporting children and families. She has worked in the field of behavior analysis since 2020 and has devoted her practice to improving the lives of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and families seeking relief.
As a BCBA, I partner with families to reduce challenging behaviors, build essential skills, and create more peace at home. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all programming. every child and family deserves a plan tailored to their unique strengths and needs.
In addition to supporting families, I provide mentorship and supervision to aspiring RBTs and future BCBAs, with a strong emphasis on clinical reasoning, ethical decision-making, professional growth, and work-life balance.
My work centers on goal setting, sustainable behavior change, and habit formation. Not only for clients, but for the professionals delivering services. I believe effective clinicians are built through intentional mentorship, structured feedback, and clear performance systems that translate theory into confident, real-world practice.
